Delays caused due to incomplete client inputs do not qualify for refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

WorkLancers is not liable for:
• Loss of data caused by user negligence • Delays due to third-party providers (hosting, APIs, domains) • Issues caused by incomplete user inputs • Financial loss due to misuse of services • Damages resulting from cyber attacks or technical failures

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service.

11. Training Program Terms

For users enrolled in training:
• Fees are non-refundable once classes begin • Attendance and assignments may be mandatory • Certificates are provided only after successful completion • Sharing training materials is not allowed

12. Project Development Terms

Clients must:
• Provide clear project requirements • Approve milestones to proceed • Pay additional charges for new requirements (Scope Creep) • Understand that delays in client inputs may delay project delivery
